Lakeview Townhomes at the California Club is a Condominium Association located in North Miami Beach, Florida.  Lakeview Townhomes consist of four buildings with a total of 23 two-story townhouses and 3 three-story townhouses.  We are part of the Lakeview of the California Club Homeowners Association, Inc. a gated community, which maintains the clubhouse/pool and entrance to the property.  There are a total of four condominium associations:  Lakeview Condo I, Lakeview Condo II, Laguna Pointe Townhomes and Lakeview Townhomes.  We are located minutes from the Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale.  The closet airport is the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and the Miami International Airport.  I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are minutes away.  The Hard Rock Stadium is down the road along with the Hard Rock Casino, Gulfstream Racetrack & Casino, Dania Beach Casino, and the Calder Racetrack & Casino.
